By accessing or using PeachList ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Service

PeachList is an information aggregation directory. We compile and organize publicly available business information about massage parlours, spas, and independent providers in the Greater Toronto Area. We do not provide, arrange, or facilitate any services ourselves. PeachList is not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses.

2. Information Accuracy

Listing information — including business hours, pricing, contact details, and photos — is sourced from publicly available websites and updated on a weekly basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy but provide all information on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any information is 100% accurate or up to date. You should verify details directly with the business before visiting.

3. Assumption of Risk

Your use of this website and any interaction with listed businesses is entirely at your own risk. PeachList is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of the services offered by listed businesses or providers.

4. Age Requirement

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (minimum 18 years) to access this website. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Business Listings & Claims

Business owners and providers may claim and manage their own listings by contacting us. Claimed listings allow businesses to update their information, correct inaccuracies, and manage their presence on the directory. Businesses may also request complete removal of their listing.

6. Photos & Copyright

Photos displayed on PeachList are sourced from publicly available business websites. Copyright of these photos belongs to their original owners. If you are a copyright holder and wish to have your photos removed, please contact us and we will process the removal promptly.

7. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or refuse to display any content on the Site at our sole discretion, for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
