We do not sell, trade, or share any data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is used internally only to improve the directory.

Business owners who wish to update, correct, or remove their listing information may contact us at [email protected]. We process update and removal requests within 48 hours.

7. Security

PeachList is served over HTTPS, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data stored on our servers that could be compromised.

8. Age Restriction

PeachList is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect or process information from individuals under the age of 18.

9. PIPEDA Compliance

PeachList operates in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Since we do not collect personal information from visitors, the scope of PIPEDA's application to user data is limited. For business listing data sourced from public sources, we operate under the publicly available information provisions.
